Please MESSAGE US in instagram or call us at + 977 9803394681. Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns or exchange, return instructions and the return courier address. Only products purchased on BLUSHYLADY.COM may be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS

At BLUSHYLADY Online, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from BLUSHYLADY Cosmetics Online), you may return the unused product for exchange or refund. The delivery or courier charges will not be refunded in the case of Return/ Exchange.

There are two ways to return or exchange product(s) purchased from Blushylady Cosmetics Online:

FREE COURIER RETURNS

You can return items by mail and enjoy free courier on your return/exchange package. To return by direct DM’s or call, follow the four easy steps below:

1. CALL/ MESSAGE US:

2. PACK IT
Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the blushylady details  to the outside. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Blushylady monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Blushylady in all instances.

3. Courier IT
Take the package to any nearby courier office and fill up the Full instructions including the details of sender and receiver.

4. Screenshot It

Take the screenshot of the courier receipt and send us in Instagram. 

IN- INSIDE VALLEY RETURNS

 

  1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the app or website or simply DM us in instagram within next days of the delivery date.
  1. After we get the DMs of return request giving the valid reason of return or exchange, we will send our delivery person for return processing within 2-3 days after your request placement.
  2. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Blushylady monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Blushylady in all instances. 
  3. Beauty Insider points and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. 
  1. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Blushylady discretion. We may ask you for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity.

 (Please note: We currently cannot accept gift returns send by us.)

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE FAQS

How long will it take to receive a credit for my returned items?

Once return request received, returns are processed within 2-4 business days. The time to post a credit to your account can vary for inside and outside valley customer. 

Incase of inside valley, we will give the cash or bank trf at the same time when collecting our products.

For outside Valley, we will credit your account on the same day when customer send us the sceenshot of the courier to Blushylady name.

I ordered/received the wrong product. Can I return it?
If your online order is not as expected, please MESSAGE US for assistance and process the return policy.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the courier to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your courier, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible. MESSAGE US or call us at + 977 9803394681.

I would like to return a gift but I don’t want the gift-giver to know. Can you help?

Can I return or exchange a product that was purchased at Blushylady online store?
At Blushylady Cosmetics Online, we can only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased on our website or products purchased from Blushylady Online pages. If this is not possible, please MESSAGE US with our Consumer Communications team for assistance.
